Delete Account

Permanent account and data removal

Irreversible Action

This action is permanent. You cannot recover your account, progress, or ELO rating once deleted.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile (name, photo, email)
  • Game history and duel records
  • ELO rating, XP, and level progress
  • Streak data and achievements
  • Friend connections and chat history

Before You Delete

  • Cancel Subscriptions: Deletion does NOT cancel active subscriptions. Go to your App Store settings to cancel.
  • Export Data: To save your data, email support@learnclash.com before proceeding.

How to Delete

In App (Fastest)

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your data is wiped immediately.

By Email

If you can't access the app, email us to request deletion.

Request Deletion

We process email requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
