Delete Account
Account and data removal after a 30-day recovery window
Recoverable for 30 days, then permanent
Deleting your account starts a 30-day recovery window: sign in again within those 30 days and tap Restore my account to get it back. After that, you cannot recover your account, progress, or ELO rating.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, email)
- Game history and duel records
- ELO rating, XP, and level progress
- Streak data and achievements
- Friend connections and chat history
Before You Delete
- Cancel Subscriptions: Deletion does NOT cancel active subscriptions. Cancel in the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or, for a web subscription, through the customer portal link in your confirmation email.
- Export Data: To save your data, email support@learnclash.com before proceeding.
How to Delete
In App (Fastest)
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day recovery window; to restore it, sign in again within those 30 days and tap Restore my account. Choose "Skip the 30-day recovery window" in the dialog to delete your account right away. Either way, anonymized moderation records are kept as described in the privacy policy.
