How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including game history, achievements, and progress. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately in your device's app store settings. You can also request deletion via our website.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → LearnClash → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → LearnClash → Cancel.
Your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do streaks work?
Complete at least one round (3 questions) per day to maintain your streak. Streaks reset at midnight UTC. Premium users get 2 streak freezes per year; free users get 1. Milestones at 7, 30, 100, 365, and 1000 days unlock celebrations.
How does matchmaking work?
LearnClash uses ELO-based matchmaking. You're matched with players within ~200 ELO of your rating. If no match is found within 30 seconds, the range expands. Friend duels bypass matchmaking entirely.
Why did I lose ELO points?
You lose ELO when you lose a duel or disconnect during a match. The amount depends on your opponent's rating—losing to a lower-rated player costs more points. Draws result in small ELO changes.
Why was my topic rejected?
Topics are validated against Grokipedia for sufficient content. Rejected topics typically lack enough verifiable information to generate quality questions. Try broader topics (e.g., "French Revolution" instead of "August 10, 1792").
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit, App Check for device verification, and follow GDPR/CCPA guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we protect it.
How do I request my data?
Email us at support@learnclash.com with subject "Data Export Request" from your registered email. We'll provide a machine-readable export within 30 days per GDPR Article 20.
How do I report a bug?
